School Bus for Disabled Children
Project Overview:
Funded by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), the “School Bus for Disabled Children” project aimed to provide accessible transportation for disabled children in rural Jodhpur. This initiative ensured that children could attend school without facing mobility challenges.
Key Impact:
- Enabled 35 disabled children from Tinvari and Osian Blocks to access education regularly.
- Reduced the transportation burden on families.
- Promoted social inclusion and independence among children.
Empowering Mothers, Nourishing Futures
Project Overview:
Sponsored by GAIL (India) Limited, this initiative focused on maternal health in Osian Block, Jodhpur. Conducted from January to March 2024, it aimed to improve nutrition and health awareness among pregnant women.
Key Achievements:
- Provided prenatal care and nutrition training to 200 pregnant women.
- Distributed traditional food supplements to combat malnutrition.
- Raised community awareness on maternal health.
Ongoing Project: Maternal Health & Nutrition Support
Project Overview:
With support from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), this ongoing initiative (April 2024 – March 2025) targets 350 pregnant women in rural Jodhpur, focusing on health education and nutritional support.
Anticipated Impact:
- Improved maternal health through education and food supplements.
- Enhanced community awareness of prenatal care and hygiene.
- Expected completion by March 2025.
