Sarjan Manav Shiksha and Kalyan Sansthan

The Seeds of Change: A Legacy of Service
Sarjan Manav Shiksha and Kalyan Sansthan, an NGO dedicated to social development, traces its roots back to a rich legacy of service and a deep-seated commitment to human dignity. Founded in 2006 by Ch Pabu Ram Manda, the organization embodies the spirit of his father, Ch Uda Ram, a valiant freedom fighter who instilled in him a profound sense of social responsibility.
Inspired by the visionary teachings of Swami Keswanand, a renowned spiritual leader who emphasized social justice and human welfare, Pabu Ram Manda chose a path of service over a lucrative government career after graduating from JNVU in 1972. He recognized the critical need for quality education and accessible opportunities for all, particularly for marginalized communities and individuals with disabilities.
Driven by a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of education, Pabu Ram Manda, alongside his son Ramnivas, embarked on this ambitious journey. Their vision was to create an organization that would not only alleviate poverty and suffering but also empower individuals to become agents of change within their communities.

Our Story
The Winners Education Society's story is one of perseverance and a deep commitment to educational upliftment in Marwar, a region in western Rajasthan.  Mr. Purkha Ram Jakhar, facing immense hardship to complete his own secondary education, saw his studies interrupted by circumstance.  Inspired by the vision of the late Ch. Harkha Ram Jakhar, an advocate for education despite his own illiteracy, Mr. Jakhar, along with Ramchandra Maderna, resolved to transform the educational landscape of their community. In April 2006, with only 58 students and utilizing his life savings, along with borrowed funds, Mr. Jakhar embarked on this mission.  His belief was simple: education is the key to achieving all other goals.  The Society began with a primary school in Soyla village, operating on a no-loss, no-profit basis.  At the time, no woman in Soyla had completed senior secondary education, highlighting the urgent need for accessible schooling. The Society's impact quickly grew. In 2012, a degree college was established, expanding opportunities for higher education.  Recognizing the importance of adult literacy, the Society secured distance education affiliation in 2013, enabling more individuals to pursue learning.  Further demonstrating their commitment to inclusivity, a special school for disabled students was also founded.Driven by a strong sense of social responsibility, the Winners Education Society aims to further its work in both health and education, seeking partnerships with organizations through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.  Beyond formal education, the Society provides nutritional support to pregnant women, recognizing the crucial link between health and well-being.  Their journey is a testament to the power of education to transform lives and communities, and they continue to strive towards a brighter future for Marwar.
